Maejean Vintage is now open for private one-on-one appointments! Appointments will be located in our brand new studio located in the heart of Historic Downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Please note, that we do not have a traditional showroom! We ask that all clients booking to visit us in person provide links or images of pieces that they would like our stylist to have prepared in advance for their appointment. We aim to provide a tailored shopping experience to each of our clients!
The inventory available for viewing during an appointment is the same inventory listed on our website. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the types of jewelry and pricing that we advertise on our website in order to know what to expect during an appointment.
Please also keep in mind that due to the majority of our inventory being vintage and one-of-a-kind, we may not have the exact pieces that you’ve requested to see by the time we host you. Your selections will be curated with your inspiration pieces in mind!
We are happy to accommodate any budget, however we do recommend a starting budget of $500 per person or piece in order to make the most out of your experience with us. At this time, we are not open for casual browsing.
For the safety and well-being of our clients and team members we require an image or scan of a valid photo ID for each attending individual in order to complete your booking.
If more than two people will be in attendance, we ask you to please send an image of a valid photo ID for each additional person who will be in attendance through our booking portal.
If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment we ask that you reschedule or cancel you appointment immediately as a courtesy to other customers trying to book with us.

Appointment Policies
Please note, that our studio is open on an appointment-only basis. All customers arriving to our studio that have not made a booking with us, or customers whose appointments have been canceled by our team, will not be seen. We are unable to host clients unless an appointment has been made through our booking portal.
We are only able to offer appointments at times when our team members have studio availability, and kindly ask all customers to plan accordingly if they wish to shop with us in person!
As of now, our appointment availability is limited to what we have posted on our booking calendar. Any availability due to appointment cancellations will be reflected on our calendar immediately.
We do occasionally open additional bookings based on our team's availability, so be sure to check back in with our booking calendar at a later date if we do not have any available times that suit your schedule!
All clients who will be attending a booking must provide an image of their valid photo ID to Maejean Vintage through our booking portal. Bookings will be canceled if we have not received this information at least two (2) business days prior to your scheduled booking.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, rescheduling may be necessary and will be at our discretion. Please let us know as quickly as possible if you are not able to arrive at your scheduled time.
We are unfortunately unable to host young children in our studio if they are unable to be held through the duration of your appointment, as our space is not child friendly.
If you are no longer able to make it to your appointment, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your booking as soon as possible. Failure to appropriately reschedule or cancel your appointment will result in a No-Show, and may impact your ability to book with us in the future.
In the case of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In these cases, a team member will reach out to coordinate with you.
Maejean Vintage reserves the right to decline bookings for any reason.
