This unique ring features a total of 20 genuine diamonds (approximately .47 CTW), with four at a time arranged together in a marquise formation to create an illusion of stationed marquise diamonds, with the biggest in the center. The ring has a cathedral style setting and split shoulders that taper to an unadorned shank. Beautiful modern ring, featuring April's birthstone!
